To be eligible for the FREE TREATMENT, the following requirements must be met by the applicant.

• Must be a woman residing in Kano.
• Should be willing to sponsor herself for transportation and accommodation in Abuja.
• Must be declared medically fit by the clinic to receive the recommended fibroid treatment plan.
• Should be willing to complete the fibroid treatment plan once embarked upon.
• Should be willing to sign acceptance forms provided by the clinic and provide testimonial videos and images after the completion of the treatment procedure.
• Should be willing to pay for the preliminary tests(including MRI scan) as well as the post treatment requirements.
